Lisannes 1:1 yoga therapy sessions (60mins) are tailored specifically for you, whether you need physical or emotional support. If you are currently working with a team of health professionals, her offerings will help to compliment your current wellness regime.

*Typically, a series of 5 sessions is recommended to establish rapport, routine, and notice improvements.
