Fees and Payment methods

All prices include tax. Accepted methods of payment are cash, cheque, debit, Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.

Direct billing is also available for some insurance companies for counselling and registered massage therapy.

If you have extended health benefits, please let our front desk know, so we can see if you are eligible for direct billing.

Some clients have arranged for another party to pay for their session. Please inform our front desk team if there is a third-party payer. You are responsible for any outstanding fees that are not covered by that other party.

Fees listed are effective as of January 1, 2025 and are subject to change. Fees that include GST are for sessions with Registered Professional Counsellors, Registered Massage Therapists, and Holistic Body Work Sessions. Fees that are GST exempt are for sessions with Registered Clinical Counsellors and Masters of Social Workers. Please ask for information on fees that apply to other services (e.g., professional consultation, preparation of records for insurance/legal purposes, formal/detailed written reports, etc.).
